Only tesa business partners who fulfil certain requirements are permitted access to the tesa Extranet. By entering the Extranet you are accessing privileged information. Your username and password should be treated with the utmost confidentiality. It is not permitted to distribute information from the tesa Extranet to third parties.

tesa reserves the right to modify or stop providing this website at any time. Due to maintenance and modifications of the website as well as technical problems outside the sphere of influence of tesa, tesa cannot guarantee the availability of this website.

You may only access this website through unmodified, regular browsers. In particular you may not access this website with spider-, offline-reader- or web-crawler-software or any other software indexing and/ or making this website or part of it available offline. 5. Privacy policy

- Information collected
We gather collective data, i.e. data on the number of visitors to our website and the pages which they visit. The name of the file, the date and time of the call, the volume of data transferred and a message regarding whether the call was successful is saved for each call. This information gives us information on the general interests and preferences of our visitors. The data is not person-related, but only of a general, statistical nature. We are therefore unable to determine which users have called up what data. 

In addition, we automatically gather and save information which is transferred by your browser, in particular your IP address and the version of browser software. This data is retained. Please note that it is not compulsory to provide all of this information; you can to a large extent determine for yourself what information you wish to entrust us with. - Length of storage and deletion
If personal data is stored, it is deleted at the time the services that you requested are provided, whichever occurs first. Naturally you have the right to request at any time that your data be wholly or partly deleted. We will carry out such a request without delay. To have your data deleted please send an email to: feedback.tesasky@tesa.com with the words 'remove data' in the subject heading. - Cookies 
Cookies are small text files which may be stored on the hard drive of a visitor to a website. The information contained in the cookies facilitates the navigation of the website and enables you to have personal settings on the website. For these reasons, we currently use cookies on our site. They have a time limit. We do not store any information, including the IP-number, e-mail address or domain name, which could enable us to link the cookie or any information contain in the cookie to a natural person. tesa does not pass on collected personal data to third parties, including companies forming part of the tesa group of companies; specifically, it is not sold, leased out or exchanged. Only when we must use subcontractors or agents to perform the services which you have requested from us, do we supply the necessary data to these parties. In such cases, our partners are required to handle the data confidentially in accordance with statutory provisions and to delete it immediately that it is no longer required. Therefore, please understand that as we are unable to comprehensively check that this obligation is complied with, we bear no liability for any possible infringements.


6. Termination

Each party may terminate this agreement at any time. Termination is effected by notifying the respective other party thereof by e-mail. Immediately after termination you have to refrain from using this website, your username and password and destroy any and all tesa materials obtained from the website.


7. Non-Waiver

Any failure by tesa to enforce any right or any waiver of any breach of or failure to comply with any provisions of this agreement by you shall not be construed as, or constitute, a continuing waiver of such provision, or a waiver of any other breach of, or failure to comply with, any other provision of this agreement.


8. Severability

Should any one or more provisions of this agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remainder of this agreement shall remain unaffected thereby. The invalid or unenforceable provision or the part thereof shall be replaced by such valid and enforceable provision which adheres as closely as possible to the economic intention of the parties in regard to provision or the part thereof being invalid or unenforceable. The foregoing shall also apply accordingly in the event that this agreement contains one or several omissions, in which case the omission shall be replaced by such valid and enforceable provision which adheres as closely as possible to the economic intention of the parties.
